• Guest list details you enter (names, contact details, RSVP responses)
• Payment and billing references processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers)
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve digital invitations and RSVP tools
• Send guest invitation links and related notifications you request
• Process payments, prevent fraud, and keep accounts secure
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates
• Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations in Sri Lanka

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Guests and hosts

Hosts are responsible for the guest data they upload and for having a lawful basis to share invitation links. Guests who open a personal link may see their name and RSVP options as configured by the host. If you are a guest and want your details corrected or removed, contact the host first, or email us and we will help where we can.

Retention and security

We retain account and event data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs (for example completed payment records).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Lassana Dawasak after an update means you accept the revised policy.
