The service

Lassana Dawasak provides tools to design digital invitations, manage guest lists, share personal invitation links, collect RSVPs, and related event features. Features may change as we improve the product.

Operator

The platform is operated and maintained by LEXA LABS (PVT) LTD, company registration no. P V 00361765 (lexalabs.io).

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans and payments

You may preview invitations for free. Publishing, premium features, and add-ons may require a one-time payment as shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (text, photos, guest lists, and event details). You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you and your guests. You confirm you have the rights to use any material you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Upload malware or scrape the service in a way that harms performance or other users
• Share invitation or guest data you are not entitled to use

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may temporarily affect the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. Our total liability arising from your use of Lassana Dawasak is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant plan in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law) will continue after termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Sri Lanka, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived.
